Loren Harrigan - Founder

 

Loren Harrigan has been involved with Pilates since the mid 1990's. Her interest started as a student, evolved to necessary rehab and grew to a passion that led to over 500 hours of training for Polestar certification.

 

Loren graduated from Stanford University with a degree in human biology. She has been involved for over 30 years in many forms of group exercise but found Pilates to be her true calling.

 

Loren has seen Pilates help people with and without physical challenges improve the physical quality of their life. She knows from personal experience how effective it can be in facilitating and improving mobility and flexibility.

 

Loren's goal in creating Lion's Peak Pilates is to offer the most caring and highest quality instruction in a serene and aesthetic environment.
